Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial space market, announces Panattoni Park Łódź East’s new client, namely, Hutchinson Polska. At the end of June 2013 the company moved in to the area of 9,300 sqm. It is going to launch the production of seals for the car industry on the newly leased space.
Hutchinson Polska belongs to the international Hutchinson Group, a leader in the car, industrial, air and common use products’ sector. In Poland the company is present in Żywiec, Bielsko-Biała and Łódź. At Panattoni Park Łódź East Hutchinson Polska occupies 9,300 sqm in the second building of the complex. The newly leased space will be used for producing car body seals dedicated to global leaders of the automotive industry such as BMW, Renault-Nissan, Ford, Volvo, JLR, VW, Seat, PSA and Audi. The office and welfare facilities will occupy 897 sqm.
Panattoni Park Łódź East is one of the developer’s four distribution complexes located in central Poland. The investment now consists of three buildings of a total area of 104,550 sqm, however, ultimately there will be four facilities of the area of 160,000 sqm in total. The Park is located in ul. Zakładowa in the Widzew-Olechów district, in the direct vicinity of the Łódź-Wschód junction of the A1 motorway (Gdańsk-Cieszyn) currently under construction and only 10 km away from the Łódź city center.
