LaSalle acquires Hamburg office building

LaSalle Investment Management Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH has acquired an office building ā€œHolland Hausā€ in the Hamburg district of St Pauli on behalf of a special fund managed by LaSalle KAG.

The building, which was built in 2008 on the premises of the former Bavaria brewery, is located in close vicinity to the Empire Riverside Hotel and the Astra Tower. It has a total rental space of 4,000 sqm and is almost 100 percent let to several occupants.

The seller of the property is a fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing. LaSalle KAG was advised on the acquisition by Hogan Lovells and Drees & Sommer. Grossmann und Berger and Freshfield Bruckhaus Deringer acted for the seller.
