Iulius Group company, owned by the businessman Iulian Dascalu, has completed planning for a new park and an office building near the Iulius Mall Cluj. The €12m investment in Cluj-Napoca will be developed on a 10,000 sqm plot of land.
The park’s construction will get underway this spring and will take about a year. Dascalu added that construction of the new office building would begin in the spring, but was unwilling to estimate when completion could be expected.
