In recent months, Immofinanz has concluded five contracts for 42,500 sqm of warehouse and office projects located in Ploiesti, Timisoara and Bucharest. Its new tenants include Profi Rom Food, DSV Solutions, Euroccoper, Societatea de Construcţii în Transporturi and Logwin.
The logistics company DSV Solutions signed a three-year contract with Immofinzna for 2,700 sqm in Log Center Timisoara. Euroccoper, a customs and international transport company, leased 21,500 sqm in the North East Logistic Park (NELP) in Bucharest for six years, while Logwin took 1,800 sqm of office space at the same facility.
Societatea de Construcţii în Transporturi Bucureşti established its headquarters in Immofinanz’s North Center office building, signing a 1,500 sqm lease good for five years.
In addition, the retailer Profi Rom Food has taken the 15,000 sqm at Immofinanz’s Log Center warehouse in Ploiesti. The agreement was signed for five years, according gandul.info.
