Piraeus Bank’s real estate division will be completing the Seasons Residence scheme, following the bankruptcy of its developer, Gespi Investments.
Seasons Residence project comprises six residential blocks and is located in the city of Brasov. Piraeus took control of Gespi Investments late last year, and is expected to begin construction work on the project in the second quarter of 2013.
Company officials told ZF they expect to complete work within 14 months after work gets underway.
