Telecom provider Orange Romania has extended its lease contract at its Europe House headquarters on Victoria Square. It also expanded the size of its lease to 9200 sqm, in a deal that was brokered by CBRE.
Orange has been leasing space in the building since 2002. Europe House is owned by CA Immo and has an occupancy rate of 100 percent.
