The developer YIT Stavo has completed construction on KOTI Victoria, a new residential project on the edge of the Malešice and Žižkov districts, located on the east side of Prague. An occupancy permit was issued in January for the project, which offers a total of 25 flats aimed at young families.
The units are smaller than average, from single bedroom flats to one with three bedrooms with a maximum of 76 sqm. “Customer demand confirmed for us that there’s interest in “starter flats” in Prague. At the moment, we’ve sold half of the flats,” said Dana Bartonova, sales director at YIT Stavo. The Lexxus agency was assigned to sell the new units.
