Buma Inwestor is preparing to break ground on a new office project in Kraków. The new scheme is set to go up on Stefana Rogozińskiego street and will offer 18,000 sqm of leasable space. The investor said it has already applied to Kraków City Hall for the permits it needs to start the project, which are expected to be issued in the medium-term. The site preparation work has already started.
