Hochtief sells rental flats to Aberdeen

Hochtief sold a residential development project for 237 rental apartments in Gallus, Frankfurt, to Aberdeen. The flats will be built in four seven-storey apartment buildings serviced by a 239 vehicle underground garage and a day care center for children. The price of the transaction has not been disclosed. The new complex is being built on a 8,100 sqm plot and will offer one to five-room units ranging from 35 to 125 sqm. Aberdeen bought a previous phase of the same development, which is called Lahnschce Höfe, from Hochtief, again completing the purchase before construction. 35 percent condominiums is the first portion have already been sold.
