The Blue Tower residential project was put on sale for €13.8m, over four years after insolvency proceedings began. The new was announced by RVA Insolvency, the court-appointed administrator of the company.
A tender for the residential project, which fell into insolvency in 2009, will be held on February 15. The 156 unit project is located in Bucharest’s Colentaina district.
Copper Beech, developer of the project, invested €30m, of which €14m originated from a loan from Alpha Bank.
