The Rosmarin Business Center in Prague’s 7th district is undergoing a major facelift. Originally designed as a purely office project, the building’s repositioning will include the addition of space for retail, leisure and services for the tenants’ employees.
The 19,500 sqm building is located in the Holešovice neighborhood of Prague 7 and is owned by Heitman. The complimentary fitness center, restaurant and a conference center are already benefits for tenants of the building. But the continuing modernization of its facilities, the addition of a kindergarten and a relaxation terrace over the next two years will increase its attractiveness, says Pavel Domalewski, head of landlord representation for DTZ, which is in charge of leasing the retail and office space at Rosmarin.
