The Hungarian insulation maker Nikecell will merge with Bachl in an effort to control 40 percent of the domestic market, announced Bachl managing director András Varga. The German company, which has operated on the Hungarian markets for more than 10 years, acquired Nikecell last year. Varga said that the new company will operate under Bachl’s name and the merger is expected to be completed in May. Varga added that Bachl expects its revenues to reach HUF 6.8bn this year.
