CA Immo Real Estate Management Czech Republic leased 14,000 sqm of space in its Prague office buildings last year, 10,000 sqm of which were new contracts. CA Immo’s new tenants include eBay, Jet Brains, Edwards Lifesciences, EBV Elektronik and Zoom International. Renegotiations were signed on 4,000 sqm of space. The company’s deals accounted for more than 6 percent of the total annual take-up for Prague in 2012.
“We are glad that 2012 was a success despite the market’s slow down,” said CA Immo director Alois Vyleta. The company also completed remodeling of the Šestka shopping center in Prague 6. The foodcourt got a thorough facelift, while dm drogerie and H&M signed leases.
