AB Facility, a CE facility management group built by Penta posted CZK 166m in operational revenues last year, a 62-percent increase y-o-y. The company’s profit increased to CZK 2.4bn, according to AB Facility spokesperson Zuzana Wobořilová. The results follow new cross-border acquisitions: AB Facility acquired the Polish cleaning company Clar System and Energo Controls and Magnol Servis in Slovakia. The staff increased to 11,000, a 7-percent jump y-o-y. Penta bought AB Facility from Genesis Capital in 2010.
