Foxconn signed a lease on 15,500 sqm of industrial space and 1,000 sqm of offices at CTPark Pardubice. Foxconn, which produces PC and electro devices, has been present in Pardubice since 2000, when the company opened a manufacturing center there. Its newly let premises in CTPark Pardubice will serve as a distribution center for the whole of Europe. The transaction was brokered by Jones Lang LaSalle.
