Daniel Nicolescu was named interim country manager for the online payment solutions provider PayU in Romania. He replaces Cristian Herghelegiu. Nicolescu is one of the founders of ePayment, which later became PayU.
The company was launched in 2004. PayU operates in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Russia and Turkey.
