Hungary and Turkey signed a cooperation agreement for issues involving the energy, industry and healthcare sectors. Péter Szijjártó, state secretary for external economic relations, said the countries also agreed to examine issues regarding air traffic as well as visa requirements in an effort to boost tourism. The Turkish health minister, Recep Akdag, said updates on the implementation of the agreement would be released every three months. Szijjártó and Akdag co-chair the Hungarian-Turkish mixed committee.
