The construction material manufacturer AdePlast, which is owned by the businessman Marcel Barbut, reported a turnover of RON 185m (€41.5m) last year, an increase of 30 percent from 2011.
AdePlast opened two polystyrene-panel production lines in the second half of last year in the cities of Buzau and Arad. The new facilities increased the company’s annual polystyrene production capacity to 1.1 million cubic meters.
AdePlast was founded in 1996 in Oradea with a focus on adhesive mortars for ceramic tiles.
