Cosmopolis will reach 1,200 homes this year

The Cosmopolis residential project in northern Bucharest will grow to 1,200 homes by the end of the year, according to its developer Opus Land Development. Last year, the Turkish-based company completed 220 apartments and villas, with prices beginning at €39,000 (plus VAT) for a built area of 52 sqm.

Opus Land Development is controlled by the Buyukhanli family, which appointed Coldwell Banker the exclusive agent for the project. The developer claims to invested around €230m in the project, which sits on approximately 100 hectares of land. In all, up to 8,000 homes at the site.
