Europa Fund III will start modernization work on Twarda Tower in Warsaw this year. Europa will be partnering with the Vienna-based real estate development and investment company Warimpex on the project. A start date should be announced in the third quarter of this year.
Europa acquired Twarda Tower in September. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The building is located in Warsaw’s Central Business District on Jana Pawła II street. Completed in 2003, the office project is anchored by Telekomunikacja S.A.
