M&M reality, one of the strongest residential property brokers on the Czech market, announced it is withdrawing from Slovakia’s real estate sector to focus exclusively on the Czech Republic and Ukraine. The company said, however, it will maintain its insurance business in Slovakia and plans to increase its presence on the Czech insurance market as well, having established M&M pojišťovací. M&M reality earned CZK 0.5bn last year, a 20-percent increase y-o-y.
The holding company is also seeking to expand its activities into the energetics sector. It has signed a contract with X Energie company to help the energy supplier increase its client base.
