Cornelia Bumbacea has been appointed advisory partner and head of the transaction services team at PwC Romania. Bumbacea has more than 20 years of financial advisory and transactions experience, while her background is in forensic, dispute resolution and transaction advisory services. She’s also been involved in several privatizations since 1990.
She is a member of ACCA, CAFR and UNEVAR and holds several professional certifications including from the Kellogg School of Management, INSEAD and IMD.
