Ekospol plans to invest CZK 430m into a new project located between Řeporyje and Stodůlky in Prague 5. The area, to be called Sluneční Terasy, will offer 140 flats in four buildings, according to the e15 website. Sales as well as construction should start in March and the developer hopes to complete the project in 2014. Prices are expected to start at between CZK 40,000-42,000 per sqm. Ekospol’s CEO Evžen Korec hopes that low mortgage rates and generally lower property prices will create sufficiently strong demand. He also believes good access to the site, which sits near the Luka metro station, and the proximity of popular recreational areas will help sales move quickly.
