Phase 1 of Adora Urban Village opens in March

The Israeli investor Lieberson Ober, owner of the company Tagor, will complete the first two blocks of a new residential complex. The Adora Urban Village scheme is located near Alexandria Boulevard, between Rahova district and Bragadiru village.

Tagor will deliver 75 units in this first phase, but 548 are eventually planned in 12 blocks of flats. Tagor and the investor Patron Capital are to invest €34m in the first phase. The final value of the projecs Tagor plans to work on in Romania will reach €250m.

In the future, the company plans to develop apartments in Arad, Timisoara and Oradea, and in other parts of the capital.
