May Development plans to build a mixed-use complex in the center of Liberec in North Bohemia. The project, consisting of four buildings, will include offices, shops and 200 flats on a 4,000 sqm plot near the Liberec railway station. Construction is set to start in 2015 and is expected to take two years. May Development bought the land from the developer Eube, which is currently in insolvency proceedings. Eube has wanted to build the project in 2009, but the deepening financial crisis forced the developer to put its plans on hold.
