A new 11,400 sqm retail and office project is planned for the city of Chorzów. According to Polish media reports, just 2,200 sqm of space on the first floor of the Starej Palarnia project are earmarked for retail and services. The project will also offer 3,000 sqm of offices in 38 units, as well as a parking garage for 96 cars. According to local media, the project is set to break ground soon.
