Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial space market, announces that more contracts were signed at Panattoni Park Wrocław I. Hemmersbach has expanded its currently leased space by 2,000 sqm. In turn, Alu Trans System Sp. z o.o., which occupies 3,000 sqm, has renewed its lease.
Panattoni Europe disclosed new contracts concluded at the logistics centre Panattoni Park Wrocław to a total of 5,000 sqm. The international corporation Hemmersbach, provider of comprehensive IT maintenance services on an industrial scale, currently leases 10,300 sqm, and the extra space of more than 2,000 sqm has been allocated to a new maintenance project, warehouse, as well as office and staff facilities. The second contract is with Alu Trans System Sp. z o.o. – supplier of aluminium systems for the transportation sector and car body components for utility vehicles, which is set to stay on its 3,000 sqm at the park.
