The Polish lender BOŚ Bank took the entire Feniks office building in Warsaw. According to Cushman & Wakefield, who advised on the transaction, the lease agreement was signed for 12 years. Europlan Capital, the project’s investor and developer, completed Feniks this year. The seven-story building is located on the corner of Żelanzna and Sienna streets.
BOŚ is a commercial bank that has been active on the Polish market since 1991. It provides financial services to both individual and corporate clients.
