The South Korean giant LG Electronics says it will continue developing its business in Poland this year. Having opened four production centers last year, the company announced it plans to open another R&D center in Poland this year. The company also said it applied for grants for additional regional investments. “We do what we can to attract foreign investors to deploy their money in Poland,” said Sebastian Stadnik of LG Electronics.
The company said its production in Poland will double this year. “After the crisis that hit in 2008 and 2009, we hadn’t experienced any slowdown,” said Stadnik. “We consider Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany key markets.”
