After months of negotiations, Swede Center announced PORR (Polska) will build its Business Garden office project in PoznaĆ. The contract for the first phase of the project was signed last month. The completion date has been set for the end of 2014.
The 80,000 sqm Business Garden PoznaĆ will be delivered in two phases. It will comprise nine office buildings on a 6 ha plot at the corner of MarceliĆska, BuĆgarska and ĆubieĆska streets.
