Europlan announced plans to deliver a new office project in Warsaw. Located at Sikorskiego and Al. Sobieskiego streets, the project will have 8,000 sqm over seven floors, with retail planned for the building’s ground floor and 140 parking spaces. According to Polish media reports, the investor hopes to obtain building permits for the project in April. Europlan said it expects to have the building open in the fourth quarter of 2014.
This is Europlan’s second project in Warsaw. It also delivered the Fenix building in the capital’s Mokotów district.
