Panattoni extends more than 18,000 sqm in Błonie

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial real estate market, announced that it has extended two lease contracts at Panattoni Park Błonie I and II with Alfa Logis, which occupies 10,918 sqm, and Poltraf Sp. z o.o., which leases 7,200 sqm. As a result, the developer’s vacancy rate at Błonie is now 0%.

The distribution complexes in the Warsaw region, Panattoni Park Błonie I and II, are appreciated by their existing customers who have extended their lease contracts for a total space in excess of 18,100 sqm. Alfa Logis, specialising in logistics services for the publishing market, is staying at building one in the park – Panattoni Park Błonie I. The customer takes up a total of 10,918 sqm, out of which 10,406 sqm constitutes warehouse space, while offices take up 512 sqm. The other lease contract is with Poltraf Sp. z o.o., logistics operator from the pharmaceutical sector, which leases a total of 7,200 sqm at building two of the park – Panattoni Park Błonie II. The customer occupies 6,800 sqm of warehouse space, as well as office and staff facilities laid out on 400 sqm.
