The German retailer Deichmann signed a lease for 540 sqm of space at Europa Centralna, underway in the city of Gliwice.
“We’re happy to have Deichmann in our mall, as the company is a leader in its market,” said Dorota Beltrani, leasing manager for the Europa Project. Deichmann currently has 3,175 store in 22 countries.
Once completed, Europa will offer 67,000 sqm of space in 120 retail units. It is being developed by Helical and Standards Life Investments and is set to open next year. The tenant list includes Jula, Media Expert, Ski Team, RTV Euro AGD, SMYK, Solar, Promod, Reserved, H&M, KappAhl, Cubus, CCC, Lindex, Rossman, Douglas and Super-Pharm.
