Smith Medical signed a 10-year contract to lease 8,000 sqm of space at CTPark Hranice, where it plans to establish a new European production and assembly center. The €12m build-to-suit facility is set to be delivered in June.
CTP has invested around €60m into its Hranice park over the past few years. Tenants include Henniges, Etimex, Rolled Alloys, D.A.S. and Medi-Globe. Smith Medical supplies health-care appliances for hospitals, emergency and home care worldwide, with production centers in the US, UK, Mexico and Italy.
