Wizz Air launches call center in Romania

Wizz Air signed a partnership with the local call center provider Conectys to handle booking and customer relations services for the low-cost airline. Conectys will offer services in Romanian and English for Wizz Air customers both in Romania and abroad by phone, email, fax and standard postal delivery. These services will be overseen by 17 employees.

The call center team will address information requests about flights, bookings, ticket-related changes and assistance for customers with special needs, said Daniel de Carvalho, corporate communications manager at Wizz Air.
