Polish housing market to slow in 2013

Developers active on the Polish market anticipate 2013 will be a difficult for the regional housing market, the daily Puls Biznesu reports, but claims no project has been put on hold.
“The dark scenarios for the Polish market are exaggerated. Clients for new investments can always be found,” said Zbigniew Juroszek, head of the Polish developer Atal. Residential specialists expect the sale of flats in Poland to fall next year.
“The government plans to introduce a new program, to fill this gap, called ‘Młodzi na Swoim’, but this will be implementedn not before the second quarter of 2013,” said Robert Ziólek of the developer Dolcan.
