Adecco has moved its headquarters into the Qubix 4 Praha building in Prague 4. The company has taken 500 sqm in the building, raising its occupancy level to 73 percent. 108 Agency brokered the deal for the tenant. Qubix 4 Praha offers 11,866 sqm of leasable space, 10,000 sqm of which is class A office. The project, located near the Vyšehrad metro station, was developed by S+B Gruppe, which has also taken space in the building. The list of tenants includes ABB, BigBoard, BoldBrick and TMF. There is also a restaurant on the ground floor. Qubix 4 Praha is LEED Platinum certified.
