The pharmaceutical producer Leo Pharma has leased 300 sqm at the Lakeview office building in Bucharest. Located on Barbu Vacarescu Avenue, the 24,000 sqm building was delivered in the first quarter of 2010 and includes 480 parking spaces. Lakeview is currently fully leased. The list of tenants includes PwC, RBS, Huawei, Colgate Palmolive and Philips.
According to a report published by Colliers, competition in the capital’s Floreasca-Barbu Vacarescu area will increase in the near future, as several projects will start their pre-lease process in the first half of 2013.
