Panattoni Europe was recognised in the prestigious competition Eurobuild Awards 2012. The industrial space market leader was named “Warehouse Developer of the Year”. The Eurobuild Awards Gala took place on 6 December at the Hilton Hotel Warsaw.
This title reflects the developer’s activity and acknowledges its contribution to the growth of the sector. Panattoni, with 75,000 sqm in Q3 2012 only, was a definite front runner in terms of the quantity of space under development. At the same, since the beginning of the year, the developer has delivered a total of 240,000 sqm of new space to the market. Panattoni also boasts some of the biggest transactions: lease extension with Leroy Merlin at Stryków on 56,000 sqm and development of a 32,000-square-metre BTS facility for Lear in Legnica.
