Fontex to move into Warsaw Spire

Frontex signed a 10-year lease agreement with Ghelamco for the Warsaw Spire project. The European Agency for the Management of Operational Cooperation Frontex agreed to occupy 14,600 sqm of offices in the scheme’s B building, one of the three that’s set to be go up at at the corner of Grzybowska, Łucka, Towarowa and Wronia streets. Set up in 2004 by the European Union, the agency is coordinating the border guards in all the EU members countries. It’s the first lease signed by Ghelamco in the project.
The total area of Warsaw Spire is 100,000 sqm. The work on the project started in 2011. Fontex is currently operating its headquarters in the Rondo 1 office building, that’s owned by a company connected with the private equity real estate company MGPA.
