The most expensive penthouse currently on the Bucharest market, according to a study by imobiliare.ro, is a 12-room, 562 sqm unit selling for €3.5m. The penthouse takes up five floors of a six-story building in the northern part of the capital and includes six bathrooms, two balconies as well as a sauna, wine cellar, elevator and jacuzzi.
Coming in second is a six-room, 330 sqm penthouse located on Nordului Boulevard with a price of €2m. This penthouse, according to the news portal study, takes up the fifth and sixth floors of the building. The property includes a 140 sqm terrace and two underground parking spaces.
Also on the list is a 14-room, 960 sqm penthouse located in a the capital’s Dorobanţi neighborhood, which is selling for €2m. Meanwhile, a four-room, 428 sqm penthouse in the north of Bucharest is selling for €1.9m.
