Construction on the fourth phase of the Olivia Business Centre is set to start at the beginning of next year in the city of GdaÅsk, the operator of the project, TPS, announced this week. Once completed, Olivia IV will add 14,000 sqm of new office space to the regional market.
Completion work on Olivia Point and Olivia Tower are currently underway. The buildings are scheduled to go on-line in 2013. Maciej Kotarski of TPS said the buildings are currently 50 percent leased.
āConstruction on Olivia IV is getting underway. Weāre in talks with tenants interested in taking space in the first two buildings, so we hope to start the work on the new phase of the project,ā Kotarski said. Olivia IV is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2014.
