Peakside Polonia Management sold the Warsaw Distribution Centre to CBRE Global Investors. The agreement was signed Dec. 7 on behalf of Polonia Property Fund Lp. The 34,000 sqm office and warehouse complex is located near Okęcie airport and the A2 motorway.
“The transaction is another step in Peakside’s strategy for the Polish market, which is increasing the market value of its projects through effective asset management,” said Stefan Aumann, a partner at Peakside Capital. Savills and Linklaters advised the buyer.
