The cosmetics giant Coty Polska signed a lease on 1,720 sqm at the Ambassador office project in Warsaw. CBRE advised the landlord, Kronos Real Estate, in the transaction. Ambassador is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2013. Once completed, the four-story building will offer 14,900 sqm of offices and 1,000 sqm of retail space with an underground parking garage for 298 cars.
“Thanks to the modern technologies at Ambassador, the property is more efficient and offers a friendly working environment,” said Łukasz Kałędkiewicz, Director of Office Agency at CBRE. “Additional amenities such as its convenient location, easy access to public transport and the many services available in the building make Ambassador more attractive.”
