Filadelfie, the most recent addition to PasserInvest Group’s BB Centrum business complex in Prague 4-Michle, is fully occupied. ŠKODA Auto took 880 sqm on the building’s 16th floor. Škoda Auto plans to use the space for its sales organization’s headquarters. The Filadelfie office building offers a total of 30,500 sqm of leasable space and an underground parking garage for 1,000 cars. Only one 133 sqm retail unit is currently vacant. The building has BREEAM In-Use certification.
