Echo is planning to build 20,000 sqm of new offices in Wrocław, according to the website gazeta.pl. The developer had originally intended to expand its existing Pasaż Grunwaldzki center in the city but switched plans, according to the gazeta.pl report. Echo’s director of office and hotel department Rafał Mazurczak said talks with potential office tenants have are already started. Meanwhile, another office project by Echo is underway in Wrocław. Called Aquarius, the scheme is expected to add 64,000 sqm of new commercial space to the market.
