Skanska completed the sale of the newly completed City Green Court to Deka Immobilien Investment in a transaction worth €53.7m. The transaction, brokered by CBRE, was signed in May and closed in November. The LEED Platinum-certified office project offers 16,400 sqm of leasable space, including 1,070 sqm of retail and 232 parking spaces. It is located in Prague 4-Pankrác next to the metro and the Arkády shopping mall. The space is fully leased to PwC, GlaxoSmith Kline, and Skanska Property.
