Waryński has set up two joint ventures with Polnord and Dantex to develop a 100,000 sqm mixed-use project in Warsaw. The project, set to go up on Jana Kazimierza Street, will deliver offices and flats to the local market. The two JV deals with Polnord and Dantex will help optimize the investment profits. “We took the decision due to the fact that our partners are experienced on the Warsaw market,” said Jarosław Jankowski, president of Waryński Holding Group. “After our company’s restructuring, we are now focusing on developer activity, and we are looking to build our expertise on this market.”
