The logistics company Cargo-partner extended its lease at MLP Pruszków 1. Cushman & Wakefield advised Cargo in the transaction. Cargo, which has been operating on the Polish market since 1998, has been leasing offices at MLP Pruszków 1 since 2006. Located near Warsaw, MLP Pruszków 1 offers a total 165,000 sqm of space. The Austrian-based company currently has 100 offices in 17 countries.
