Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial real estate market, leased out 5,000 sqm at Good Point Puławska, part of the investment portfolio of AEW Europe. The new tenant at the facility is PHAR. The transaction was mediated by the international advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Panattoni Europe responsible for the commercialisation of Good Point Puławska, the logistics centre near Warsaw, disclosed that a new transaction was concluded. 5,000 sqm of modern warehouse space will be occupied by PHAR – Pharmaceutical Advanced Resources, specialising in logistics services for the medical sector. The lease contract was mediated by the advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield.
